Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
1. Preamble
Smooth Wave, a brand of PRISME LLC, provides 3D video creation services for e-commerce businesses. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties for services provided via the smooth-wave.co website.

3. Services Offered
Smooth Wave provides custom 3D video creation services for products, exclusively for businesses and professionals.
4. Orders
Orders are placed via a form or direct email contact. Once the request is received, a quote is issued. Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and full payment. No work will begin without full payment.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the project’s complexity. Each quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are exclusive of taxes (excl. VAT).
6. Payment
Full payment must be made in advance before the service begins. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. In case of non-payment, the order will be canceled.
7. Delivery of Services
Delivery times are agreed upon at the time of the order and may vary depending on the project’s complexity. Smooth Wave cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
8. Revisions
Each service includes one free revision. Additional revision requests will be billed according to the hourly rate in effect, as agreed upon with the client.
9. Intellectual Property
Videos created remain the property of PRISME LLC until full payment of the invoice. Once payment is complete, the client obtains the rights to use the videos for commercial purposes, unless stated otherwise in the contract.
10. Liability
Smooth Wave cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the videos or any other elements provided as part of the service.
11. Termination
If the client cancels the service after payment, no refunds will be granted. However, Smooth Wave agrees to finalize any work already started, as per the agreed terms.
12. Governing Law
These TCS are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. In case of disputes and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of PRISME LLC’s jurisdiction.
